Interior design for Melbourne homes
Stylosaurus works with busy people who don’t have the time or headspace to navigate hundreds of design choices – and don’t want to second-guess every decision.
Creating a beautiful home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. I lead the design process with clear direction, shaping homes that feel considered, confident, and resolved.
The Stylosaurus approach is straightforward and collaborative – grounded in original thinking, pragmatic guidance, and a focus on creating spaces that are stylish, cohesive, and unmistakably yours.

Down-to-earth interior design for real people
Hi, I’m Kate Collinson, a Melbourne-based designer and firm believer that your home should feel like you – not a showroom.
A well-designed and styled space reflects your family, lifestyle and interests and is both beautiful and functional.
The homes you feel great in work because they don’t mindlessly replicate trends or take a cookie-cutter approach to design styles. They’re thoughtful, unique, and have something to say about the people who live in them.
Let’s create a home you’ll love living in.
“I had the pleasure working with Kate on our newly renovated/extended home in Ascot Vale that needed some finishing styling touches to soften the modern interior.
“Kate was a delight to work with and executed our brief perfectly. We now have a lovely/warm home feel to our home that I could not have achieved on my own.
“If I had my time again , I would have engaged Kate at the concept plan stage of our project a few years ago.”
